Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time, which will be noted in the product description. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking details when available.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination within the U.S. Estimated delivery time is between 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Packaging and Materials
Whenever possible, I use eco-friendly and recyclable materials to package your order.
Art prints and delicate items are carefully protected in rigid mailers or mailing tubes to ensure safe delivery.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.
If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days after placing your order, please contact me at info@ashantibatini.com.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact me within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so I can help investigate. If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the packaging and item within 7 days of delivery so I can assist with a replacement or refund, if applicable. Please note that I am not responsible for delivery delays or for packages lost or damaged by the carrier after shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
I am not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, contact me immediately. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet shipped.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping the order.
Service Interruptions
Processing and shipping times may be affected by holidays, severe weather, or other postal service disruptions. I will always communicate updates if significant delays occur.
