Thank you for shopping at ashantibatini.com. Each item in my shop is created, packaged, and shipped with care. Because I am a small studio and many products are made or printed to order, I have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure fairness and transparency.
All Sales Are Final
Most items are made in small batches or by hand. For this reason, all sales are final once an order has been placed. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items

Lost or Delayed Packages
